The grasshopper warbler is a rare little thing, having declined in numbers greatly over the last 50 years. A summer visitor to the UK, I've never actually seen one - but I have heard them! Their song sounds, as the name suggests, just like a grasshopper and is sure to catch my attention as I pass through the fields along the coast path here in Dorset.
